Ms. Nivedita Chauhan had the honor of being one of the keynote speakers in a 6-day Certificate Course on Implementation of Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016 organized by Centre for Advanced Research on Corporate Law, National Law University and Judicial Academy, Assam held from 14th October to 20th October 2023. She delivered a lecture on 'Drafting in IBC' to a very engaged audience of law students, advocates, lawyers, working professionals, and academicians from across India.
